So I am back after a long hiatus! To make a long story short we are no longer apart of "Legacy", the church we moved here to help plant. Last month was the anniversary of us moving here. We had one question we had when we moved here that we wanted to begin to answer. "What is the 'Church'?" The goal was to go on this journey with others, wipe the white board clean from all the preexisting ideas and start from the beginning. Well, it didn't really happen that way and after a year we find ourselves still searching for that answer. I wouldn't trade this year for anything though. One reason is because it has shown how important that question is. I have learned that this "journey" for the answer is really an "adventure". "One returns from a journey but one may not ever return from an adventure" (that's for you pops!)
I am going to try to blog my adventure. We'll see how it works.
